  1. Gentlemen,
A memorable day was had and enjoyed immensely, thanks to The Association … , great job and effort .

    Regards,
    Jesse Chee
    Member of NGVR/PANGV EX-MEMBER ASSOCIATION.

  2. Thanks Jesse. It was a pleasure to meet you and your colleagues from NGVR/PNGVR last Saturday at the Commemoration Service. Your group’s substantial presence added to that memorable occasion.
It was also a pleasure to mix with your leaders and members socially over Lunch at the RSL Club. We hope we catered well for your needs and your interesting publications.

  3. Dear Kev,

I have been meaning to contact the association for a while.

I intend to join and because of the amount required and my wifes
reluctance to send money via the internet, would it be possible to slip the amount into the envelope with the application form.

My name is John Davies and I was 2PIR S/Sgt Hygiene Inspector, 1967 to 1969.

    Regards,

    John Davies

  4. Hello John
Sorry for the delay in responding but holidays have intervened.
You would be very welcome to join our Association.
Proceed as you plan by sending your envelope to Kev.
    Greg Ivey (Vice President)

  5. Gentlemen
Thank you for another wonderful Kokoda Day on the Gold Coast with 39th, 2/14th, 2/16th, PIB, PIR, NGVR.
Great setting, inspiring address, welcome presentation to David Yardley, historical guard from TSS, with a very representative audience.
It was appreciated by Veterans and families of all eras.
    Lest We Forget

  6. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in finding my father’s service records with the PIB. His was enlisted as Oriea Dinabe from Northern Papua. My father I remember had two medals, 2 stars and a ribbon to wear during ANZAC Day marches in 1960s at Ela Beach in Port Moresby.

    • Thank you for your enquiry Mrs Jicki.
We believe that your father may have served in the PIB and served for the duration of the War.
We have several reference books available so we will do our best to find your Father’s name.
We are happy to assist the family of PIB or NGIB warriors.
We will contact you now directly by Email.
